Preferred Customer Tiers

Preferred Customers are categorized into three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Your customer level is automatically determined based on your total spending at Bodhi Meditation College over the past year. No extra fees are required—just enjoy your well-deserved benefits! This is our way of thanking you for being with us on the journey, and may Grandmaster JinBodhi’s compassion and blessings stay with you always.

Preferred Customer Perks Overview

✅ Preferred Customer Tiers Spending Calculation Rules:

The Preferred Customer Tier is determined based on the total accumulated post-discount spending amount over 12 months (hereafter referred to as “Total Spending Amount”), excluding coupons, discounts, shipping fees, and taxes.

💡 Example:

• Customer John placed an order for a 7-day Blessing Lamp (US $160) and purchased a bracelet (US $28), spending a total of US $188.
• John used a limited-time US $8 coupon, updating the spending amount to US $180.
• John has $90 in Bodhi Rewards. He used it to cover 25% of his order, saving another US $45. This brought his final spending amount down to US $135.
  • US $135 will be counted toward John’s Total Spending Amount for future customer-tier evaluations.
• Assuming tax and shipping are US $25, John needs to pay US $160. He saved US $53 through discounts and bonuses on this order!

✅ Preferred Customer Tiers Time Calculation Rules:

The Preferred Customer Tier is calculated based on Total Spending Amount in the past 12 months. Each time a tier is upgraded, it will be maintained for 1 year without downgrading.

💡 Example 1:

• Customer John spent US $300 on July 1, 2025, and became a Bronze Customer. Unless upgraded, the Bronze tier will expire on June 30, 2026.
• John spent US $600 on August 1, 2025, making the total spending US $900 and upgrading him to Silver Customer. Unless further upgraded, the Silver tier will be valid until July 31, 2026.
  • The rewards, gifts, and coupons from the Bronze Customer level are valid until June 30, 2026.
  • The new Silver Customer rewards, gifts, and coupons will be valid until July 31, 2026.
• John can check the tier expiration date on the "My Perks" page.
• Additionally, if John enables email notifications (go to My Account in settings), a reminder email will be sent before the tier expires.
• All amounts mentioned are post-discount, pre-tax, and excluding shipping.

💡 Example 2:

• John became a Silver Customer on August 1, 2025, updating the tier validity to July 31, 2026.
  • If John reaches a total spending of US $300 between August 1, 2025, and July 31, 2026, he will become a Bronze Customer on August 1, 2026.
  • If John does not reach US $300 during this period, he will become a regular user on August 1, 2026 and no longer enjoy Preferred Customer perks.

✅ Accumulated Bodhi Rewards

During your upgrade process, all Bodhi Rewards and gifts from each tier will be accumulated.

For example, if you are promoted from a regular user to a Silver Customer, you will receive the accumulated rewards of Bronze Customer and Silver Customer:

• Silver Customer Accumulated Rewards = Bronze Rewards $280 + Silver Rewards $500 = $780 Bodhi Rewards
• Preferred Customer gifts will also be accumulated, and you will receive both Bronze and Silver customer gifts.

✅ How to Earn Bodhi Rewards:

• Upgrading your Preferred Customer tier grants you the corresponding Bodhi Rewards.
• Participating in special activities (such as new user promotions) may also grant extra Bodhi Rewards.

✅ Bodhi Rewards Usage Rules:

• Usage scope: Can be used on all offerings on the Bodhi Meditation College website, including light offerings, gilding Buddha statues, meditation classes, and in the Meditation Shop.
• At checkout, you can use Bodhi Rewards to deduct up to 25% of the order total, excluding other discounts, coupons, taxes, and shipping.
• If you have Bodhi Rewards in your account, the maximum deductible amount will be shown automatically during checkout.
• Bodhi Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used to deduct tax or shipping fees.

💡 Example:

John purchased an item.

• The original price was US $120. There was a promotion, and the discounted price became US $100.
• At checkout, John used a US $10 coupon, so the amount payable became US $90.
• The maximum usable Bodhi Rewards is 25% of US $90, which is US $22.50.
• Adding US $45 for shipping and tax, the total order amount is US $67.50 + US $45 =US $112.50.
• The original price of this order was US $165. John enjoyed a total savings of US $52.50.

✅ Bodhi Rewards Validity Rules:

The validity period of Bodhi Rewards is 1 year. Any unused rewards will automatically expire after this period.

At checkout, the system will automatically apply the bonus with the earliest expiration date first.

💡 For Example:

• Customer John registered for the first time on August 15, 2025, and received $100 Bodhi Rewards through the new-customer promotion (first order over US $100 gets $100 rewards).
  • This US $100 reward is valid until August 14, 2026.
  • If John still has US $80 unused by August 14, 2026, the remaining US $80 will expire automatically on August 15, 2026.
• If John spends US $200 on September 15, 2025, the total spending reaches US $300 and he upgrades to Bronze Customer, receiving $280 Bodhi Rewards.
  • The $280 Bronze Bodhi Rewards will be valid until September 14, 2026.
  • The $100 new customer bonus remains valid until August 14, 2026.
• When John goes to check out before August 14, 2026, the system will first deduct the soon-to-expire $100 rewards issued on August 15, 2025. After it's used up, the $280 rewards issued on September 15, 2025 will be used.

✅ Preferred Customer Gift Delivery:

Preferred Customer gifts include digital and physical gifts. All digital gifts can be downloaded and redeemed in your account under "My Perks" >> "Customer Gift".

For physical gifts, customers may choose from the following delivery methods:

1. Have Bodhi Meditation College send it to you, free of charge (To save resources and reduce costs, it’s recommended to include gifts in your next order of physical items to avoid separate shipping).
2. Pick up at a nearby Bodhi Meditation Center - please indicate where you'd like to pick it up, and we will contact you when your gifts are ready.

All digital and physical gifts must be redeemed within 1 year from the date of issuance.
