I broke my knee. After taking two months of recovery rest, I could only walk a little. After I’d practiced Energy Bagua for two weeks, my knees improved significantly. I can even dance the samba! Before the injury, I would be out of breath when dancing, and I had to take a break every 10 minutes. After two months of Energy Bagua practice, I could dance for 30 minutes continuously. In January this year, I strained my left arm and left shoulder while pulling a metal gate. When I did a chest-expansion exercise or stretched my left arm to the back, it hurt very much. I went for a TCM massage and applied medicated patches. Unfortunately, nothing worked. Four months later, I was still in pain. In May, I joined the Spotless Chanting Class. During Grandmaster JinBodhi's singing-bowl blessing, I felt my whole back and head become very relaxed. After the blessing, the pain in my left arm and shoulder was gone.
